For those who have spent years giving, performing, pleasing and have forgotten themselves in the process.

Our Passion & Purpose

Before You Lose Yourself exists to help people come back to themselves.

This is self-love redefined, not as performance, perfection, or constant self-improvement, but as inner safety, boundaries, and embodied self-trust.

For those who look like they’re coping, but feel like they’re disappearing, this is an invitation to return home.

  • We are a mother and daughter living in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, brought together by a shared passion for emotional healing, nervous system awareness, and helping people reconnect with themselves.

Our work is shaped by lived experience, psychology, somatic practices, and soulful ritual, blending grounded tools with intuitive guidance. Everything we create is made slowly and intentionally, inspired by nature, human connection, and the quiet wisdom that lives within us all.

At the heart of what we do is a simple belief: self-love isn’t something you earn, it’s something you remember.

  • We believe real self-love is practical, embodied, and deeply human.

Our approach focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, boundary-setting, and integration, helping you move out of survival and into safety, presence, and alignment.

Rather than pushing you to “fix” yourself, we guide you to listen inward, soften old patterns, and build a relationship with yourself based on compassion, trust, and honesty.

    This is not surface-level healing.

It’s slow, sustainable change that lives in your body, your choices, and your everyday life.

  • We work with people who have spent years being strong, capable, and caring for others, often at the expense of themselves.

This work is for you if you:

    • Struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing

    • Feel emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected

    • Are tired of performing or proving your worth

    • Want real healing, not quick fixes

    • Are ready to build a safer, kinder relationship with yourself

You don’t need to be broken to be here.

You just need to be willing to come back to yourself.

  • More grounded and emotionally regulated
